article announced the following:
Observations of giant clouds of galaxies far
out in space and time have revealed new evidence that some mysterious force

We may consider the definition of
matter in the universe as being nothing more than a quantity of energy so
eloquently described by Haisch, Rueda, and
Puthoff in their article entitled Beyond E = mc²:
[E
= mc²] is actually a statement about how much energy is required to give the
appearance of a certain amount of mass rather than about the conversion of one
fundamental thing, energy, into another fundamental thing, mass.
Indeed, if that view is correct,
there is no such thing as mass—only electric charge and energy, which together

If space is defined as empty, dimensionless and infinitely
open then we may make some additional assumptions.
Acceleration is about the motion of mass in the universe not
the space that holds it.
On this premise we may state that it is not the universe per
se that is expanding and accelerating but rather that all matter as described
above within the universe is expanding at an accelerated pace:
An accelerating universe would establish a dynamic benchmark
for the conservation of energy laws.
These findings have relevance to all corners of the universe
including life right here on Earth.
The Universal Properties of Acceleration indicate that all matter
everywhere is undergoing a “Uniform Symmetrical Accelerated Concentric Radial
Expansion” (inflation) (USACRE). This invisible inflation is the “normal” state
of everything in the universe and is responsible for the very architecture of
particle matter as well as all structure in the macro world.
